I’m really pleased that we at The Public Service Transformation Academy will be working with Systems Innovation to support the SI Public Sector Conference: Systems Innovation in Government, in London on 14 February 2025. It’s organised by Si Governance Hub and Si London Hub.

I’ll be hosting a themed session on a topic which is critical to me:

Relational Public Services — we know they can save 30–50% of budget and deliver better results. And we also know they exist only in small areas, for short times. How can we change governance to cope with the type of complexity the bring?
