Over the years I have developed a set of thinking, tools, methods, templates, perspectives, suggestions, and advice for leading transformation, whether that’s in business, public services, the wider world, or whatever.
In the tool shed, we bring together a small circle to learn and connect. We meet twice a month to
- review the core materials I’m sharing and think about application
- share perspectives, ideas, methods between circle members
- apply approaches to the contexts and challenges of members
- speculate, discuss, energise, and support each other
All participants get access to the full range of RedQuadrant materials — newly developed materials along with the 24-module online Leading Transformation programme, which itself has been recognised as being equivalent to a post-graduate course in terms of quality and scope.
You join a cohort for a minimum of three months (and up to a year or longer), and the price is £395/month (some concessions are available for special circumstances).
