In my new video (you’ll have to go to LinkedIn to see it), you’ll learn about the RedQuadrant ‘seven ways to save and improve’ model.

Local public services are at breaking point.

They face the challenge of maintaining quality and still finding savings after years of austerity.

So, how can organisations move beyond tired tactics of cost-cutting and truly improve while saving?

This is where our ‘seven ways to save and improve’ model comes in.

It’s about finding the best route through to real, sustainable change. Being tactical when you have to, but trying to be as strategic about it as you can.

I talk through some of the ways that get overlooked, and where transformational gains are found.

It starts by looking upstream at shaping demand; when you help people to help themselves, the savings cascade downstream. Effective prevention and early intervention reduce the need for expensive reactive services.

Then there’s creating flow…but, you’ll need to watch the video for the rest.

I’d love to hear from you:

Drop a comment if you’d like a copy of our guide to the seven ways or to discuss how this model could be applied to your organisation.
