What does resilience mean to you?
Last year, we hosted a Resilience Summit for a public sector client’s social care teams, and we plan to expand it across the public sector. The summit delved into various aspects of resilience, such as mastering uncertainty, setting boundaries, and turning burnout into a friend. We received excellent feedback, with attendees feeling valued and benefiting significantly from the event. I’m seeking your input on any critical aspects of resilience we might have missed and which ones you find most vital. Your insights will help shape our future summits to foster a growth mindset.
