Harish Jose tweeted “Organizations do not learn. Organizations are not humans. #Stacey #Complexity(?)” And this generated an interesting set of responses, and a blog from Richard Veryard.
I later shared on social media:

are all meaningless questions — category errors
And this kicked off a fascinating series of conversations which were more illustrative (to me) in that people were responding directly to their understanding of the words and message….
