As we ramp up to the Hamburg summit in June, I’m thinking about what’s changing.

Is it new technology — with automation, Large Language Models, better interoperability and digital supply chains?

Could it be changes in management approaches — flat organisations, networks, ecosystems?

Will it be human resources changes? Expectations of a four-day week, even a minimum income guarantee, a changing relationship to workplace and employer, network working?

Or will it be engineering — nanomaterials, nanobots, advanced robotics?

Or even — finally — a response to civilisation-threatening global climate disaster — remediation, renewable materials, regenerative industry?
